Excellent.

My son had his tongue untied by the amazing Mo. Not a pleasant procedure, however, Mo and his dental assistant Tracy were fantastic with him. Explaining everything and being very kind and patient with both of us. For Mo to arrange a telephone call early the following morning to see how my son was goes above and beyond what was expected. I am so glad my son had the procedure done with Mo and I felt like he was in the best possible hands. The reception team were also very kind and friendly and showed concern with my son. Thank you all

My visit was quite straightforward. A check up. There were no major issues, although I did wait for a while before being called. No problems with my teeth, details were explained clearly, and I booked my next two appointments without a problem.

Being looked after when nervous

I had been unable to attend my check up appointment due to cold weather and to my condition of Trigeminal neuralgia. I need to stay in to avoid the cold temperature which can cause severe nerve pain in my face and I informed the reception at the dentists who was very understanding and advised me to make another appointment which I was able to keep several weeks later.

My dentist is just so great, I travel over 40 miles just to see her, I’m so nervous at the dentist but she puts me at ease.

When i called to book my appointment the receptionist was really friendly. She managed to get me an appointment at the earliest time and I was kept up to date with the time and date by email and text after it was booked

The staff always call before my appointment to check that I will be attending they also send me a text message. I had my usual check up my dentist was thorough and explained everything was fine and he would see me in 6 months time. I made an appointment for this with the receptionist who was very helpful.

We have been patients at this practice since it first opened .Only had Mr Lawrence and now Brais .
