Brilliant dentist

My son had an appointment and was really anxious. The receptionist Jemma was lovely and very caring. She took the time to speak to him and put him at ease and checked he was ok after. Always have had a great reception from her even when they are really busy.

Both appointments with my dentist and the hygienist were absolutely fine with no issues at all. Clear and understandable explanations were given regarding the treatments and both were done in a friendly, professional and very competent manner. The reception staff were their usual helpful and efficient selves. Thank you to all concerned for a hassle free experience.

The hygienist Johnson makes me feel comfortable and does an amazing job without causing discomfort and soreness after a visit.

The treatment is working

I have had to re-schedule appointments on occasion as I suffer from painful neuralgia which is very unpredictable and I have found that the receptionists are very understanding regarding re-scheduling appointments. I was pleased that I had the opportunity to experience the new system of hygiene care that I tried for the first time. The hygienist was very patient and explained the system fully and also gave me advice on toothpaste products and toothbrushes for sensitivity problems.

The dentist was very professional in checking my teeth and gums and gave me useful advice as to potential problems I may face in future.
