Friendliness of the dentist. He explains all options very well and makes me feel like I have a say in my treatment.

The very helpful receptionists who go out of their way to find you an appointment even at the last minute. The dentist who explains everything every step of the way. The cleanliness of the facility and the overall cheerfulness of all the staff. The clinic overall has a really nice atmosphere.

Staff were polite and positive and I immediately felt at ease. All during the treatment and check up I was treated with respect and I had everything explained to me.

Everyone is friendly, welcoming and professional. I am very happy to attend my appointments which were for having a check up, followed by a clean with the hygienist.

I am undergoing treatment for multiple extractions and denture manufacture.Throughout my many visits I have been welcomed and managed by the reception staff pleasantly and efficiently.Jay, my clinician, has been a model of gentleness and calm, explaining procedures of the day and long-term planning. His technique seems perfect and I have had no discomfort. His nurse(s) have been sympathetic and kind and I have felt in competent hands throughout.
