When i called to book my appointment the receptionist was really friendly. She managed to get me an appointment at the earliest time and I was kept up to date with the time and date by email and text after it was booked

Jay Patel is sympathetic, offers options and treats me like an adult. He is very personable and actually seems to enjoy his job!

Friendly approachable dentist puts you at ease best dentist ive had in a long time

The staff always call before my appointment to check that I will be attending they also send me a text message. I had my usual check up my dentist was thorough and explained everything was fine and he would see me in 6 months time. I made an appointment for this with the receptionist who was very helpful.

We have been patients at this practice since it first opened .Only had Mr Lawrence and now Brais .

the receptionist was polite friendly and efficient. my appointment for my dental check up was on time. My following appointment with the hygienist was late by approximately 15 mins ( which is unusual) and did not cause me any major issues. so overall i was very satisfied with my visit.
