Lovely reception staff<br>Lovely dentist, Mo, very caring and informative<br>Lovely hygienist. Like the new machine.<br>Very expensive, as a pensioner priced me out of the plans, raising plan 2 by 19.5% was, in my opinion excessive.<br>I like the practice, been with them for years maybe they should consider a more affordable pensioner plan.

Thorough and organised

They are extremely friendly and the dentist, dental nurse and receptionist are great.

Shenee listened carefully to the recommendations made by the restorative dentist, she explained the procedure and gave me a treatment plan to carry out at home to help with my issue.

My current dentist is the best Ive ever seen. He is polite, friendly, and always explains my treatment in detail and in a way I understand. I feel confident in his ability to provide me with the best treatment.

My hygienist appointment with Sarah and Keira went very well, Sarah explained in depth about the new procedure, using the new warm water and bicarbonate of soda method. It was painless and the results were brilliant, they did a very good job on my elderly and uneven teeth. Good team work!

I liked the new procedure used by the hygienist. It was a more comfortable experience, which was carefully described and executed.

I am a difficult patient who has trouble getting properly numb before a procedure. The problem I stated having in an earlier question was that the first injection wasn’t enough. Dr. Mo has built a rapport with me and knows my discomfort cues well at this point he was able to catch it before I even complained and offered more anaesthetic. The fear I have about going to the dentist is being eased more and more with every visit I make to this practice. I hate going to the dentist, it frightens me to the point I’d call it a phobia. The team here is fixing years of psychological damage they didn’t cause.

I’m a very anxious patient and I was put completely at ease, no painful moments which is always a bonus

All of the staff were incredibly friendly, the dentist was very professional and helpful, he explained what he was doing every step of the way, making sure I felt comfortable and understood what was happening
