I liked the new procedure used by the hygienist. It was a more comfortable experience, which was carefully described and executed.

I am a difficult patient who has trouble getting properly numb before a procedure. The problem I stated having in an earlier question was that the first injection wasn’t enough. Dr. Mo has built a rapport with me and knows my discomfort cues well at this point he was able to catch it before I even complained and offered more anaesthetic. The fear I have about going to the dentist is being eased more and more with every visit I make to this practice. I hate going to the dentist, it frightens me to the point I’d call it a phobia. The team here is fixing years of psychological damage they didn’t cause.

I’m a very anxious patient and I was put completely at ease, no painful moments which is always a bonus

Friendly professional service

All of the staff were incredibly friendly, the dentist was very professional and helpful, he explained what he was doing every step of the way, making sure I felt comfortable and understood what was happening

My dentist is brilliant, caring, thorough, explains everything. He restored my faith in dentists. I trust him and no longer afraid to go to the dentist

Attended a hygienist appointment with the wonderful Sarah and Gail, they explained to me about the new machine they are using and the amazing results it would give. WOW just WOW!! the easiest, no fuss, no pain or sensitivity cleaning I've ever had and.... who needs a teeth whitening service after this? IT IS THAT GOOD! I had neglected visiting for 2 years and my teeth were extremely caked up with plaque. Now they're almost like new again! Bravo!!! I recommend this a million percent! I was shaking when I left because I couldn't believe how amazing this is.

Had a hygiene appointment from Sarah & Gail and was brilliant didn’t hurt at all no need to stress such an easy process and great results. They are both very welcoming and funny. Give them a pay rise !!

Reliable, professional, friendly

All was explained perfectly. My welfare was paramount, always checking that I was OK. Some gum/teethg discomfort after the appointment but I expected that and it soon passed. Most certainly I will be happy to go back.

Very professional hygienist and her apprentice

I have been registered with the Practice for 4 years and have always been cared for by Tracey. I am most disappointed to learn that she will be leaving in August. I would like to thank her for all the care and patience she has given to me since I came to the practice. Tracey is a kind, understanding and very talented dentist, who listens carefully to her patients before beginning any treatment. She is highly skilled and always conducts herself most professionally. Thank you Tracey.

Great dentist, friendly reception and nice waiting area

Brais ( sorry about the spelling!) knows I do not like going to the dentist from experience when I was young. I am also disabled and have just had a hip replacement. He and all the staff are so kind and put you at ease. Their professionalism is extremely high as is their standard of care. Having been in the medical profession for over 40 years I can’t but praise their patient care.
