My dentist is very professional and he's the only dentist I've been to since we've moved to Norfolk in late 2011 - I trust him.

Friendly staff, everything well explained, easy

Having been terrified of dentist's all my life I had to brave it and go. Dr Mo was fantastic he put me at ease straight away only wish he had been around in my younger days. The treatment and care was wonderful. Big thanks to everyone at the practice.

What an amazing experience with Dr Mo. He does his job soo good you can't even understand is that tooth or filling! Dr Mo and his assistant Barbara are gentle and they really care about you and how are you feeling! Best decision to join this dental clinic! All the best for them and all reception staff!

Welcoming reception staff and easy to complete and sign form. Short waiting time for appointment. Sarah Gauvin, the hygienist was attentive and listened to my needs. She was gentle and thorough and has made my smile so much better. She doesn’t rush and gives her patients the time and attention they need when attending a dentist appointment. Thank you

Usual excellent service

Staff are extremely professional, welcoming and friendly. This is particularly important for myself who deals with anxiety on a daily basis.

I have great anxiety when I visit the dentist … however I was greeted by friendly faces from the moment I opened the door … Relaxed friendly atmosphere… very professional .. appointment was not rushed …examination was very thorough … and explanation if what was happening throughout .. good advice given feel much better about future visits …

Friendly, efficient service

I have been attending Lynn Practice since 2013? I always have confidence in Dr Joshi and the receptionists. They have been very good to me as I have suffered with abscesses over the years and they have always been able to get me an appointment as they know I panic!!! I am never late for an appointment but unfortunately was an hour late this time, although I was happy to re-arrange as did not want other patients to be delayed, Dr Joshi was able to see me. The hygienist could not see me till 2.00 so was going to re-arrange, but whilst seeing Dr Joshi one of their other hygienist became free and was able to see here. I have now booked to see her in my next appointment as my original hygienist has retired. I was very grateful to one an all. Thank you.

Have been a patient at this practice for over 30 years. Almost without exception have received excellent service and treatment. Always been advised of dental condition and possible solutions and received a courteous reception.

Responded to my emergency within 2 hours Fitted me in without a prior appointment.
