Maria's dental emergency

I needed to see a dentist unexpectedly with a painful gum. Called in Friday afternoon not expecting to be able to see someone. I got an appointment later that afternoon. So efficient. Such a helpful person on the front desk. To cap it all I went into my appointment early! Fantastic service.

Great visit as always! I travel over an hour to see my dentist as she is just brilliant with me, on my first visit my teeth we’re chattering on the X-ray plate I was that nervous, now , a couple of years later, I am as close to being relaxed that I’ll be at the dentist :-)

My dentist has helped ease my extreme anxiety after previous bad experiences elsewhere- he takes time to ease my worries, talk me through what he’s doing or going to do. Gives me time between procedures- he treats me as a person not just an appointment. I wouldn’t go elsewhere.

On all my treatments ,check ups, and completed treatments the service and care was absolutely first class , makes going to the dentist dread free and surprisingly pleasent.

I have had terrible experiences at dentists before- but Lynn road dental surgery has taken time to accept a very anxious patient, slowly and gently telling me every step before it happens, friendly yet professional, reassuring and respectful. I honestly can’t praise them enough. Thank you.

They take the time to explain and reassure on the procedures to put me at ease. I am really scared of the dentist but Brais my dentist and the dental hygienist put me at ease. I was nervous when Mr Lawrence finished but Brais ( sorry spelling’) has continued to make me feel confident. I would not go anywhere else.

My dentist is so caring and the hygienist is really good, chatty too.
