Tim's missing tooth

My dentist, Jolanda and her lovely nurse were kind, gentle and supportive before, during and after treatment. The extraction was far less traumatic than others I experienced with the NHS and care was taken by both members of staff to make it as pleasant an experience as possible.

Treated with courtesy, everything explained. More or less to time.

From first contact to completion of treatment the staff are always fantastic. I felt like I was valued as a patient and was treated with respect and friendliness.

I have had a deep fear of the dentist and having not been for 15 years I was embarrassed at my dental health. From the first phone call to reception I was put at my ease. I had work done including extractions which were totally pain free! Dr Alif was kind professional and made me feel as relaxed as was possible as did the dental nurse. I look forward to the completion of my new smile. I have been a patient over ten years and have been seen by My current dentist for six years. Being a nervous patient at first the car I received during the first few visits was outstanding and this has continued to this day. I very much appreciate the advice given by Brias when we first chat and he reassures me every time when I have either questions or need advice. Overall I’m 100% satisfied

Khem and Jeanette where brilliant. I’ve always been scared of dentists but khem explained everything they where going to do which put me more at ease. Have to go back for a filling in a fortnight but I am sure I won’t be as scared. Thank you Khem and Jeanette.

All areas are always clean, reception staff and dentist/hygienist are so friendly and reassuring. My only ‘issue’ is how much everything costs but at least I’m registered at a dentist.

Everyone, all of the staff, are always helpful and sympathetic to my needs as an individual. The treatment process is clearly explained.

Friendly professional staff, always treats me with respect and kindness. They are genuinely concerned about your wellbeing, and will take time to listen to your concerns and are prepared to go that extra mile to make sure everything is alright.

I was booked in for a check up and to see a hygienist. The check up with the dentist and the visit to the hygienist were both dealt with well.

Rang early morning and appointment scheduled later that morning. Receptionist very friendly. Explained to the dentist that i wasnt sure whether i had dental problem as mouth and ear ache. Dentist checked my teeth and took two xrays. He confirmed that everything was ok and showed me the xrays.

Thank you Khem and Lisa for another thorough check-up. I was anxious about seeing a new hygienist but I need not have worried Shenee was very gentle and encouraging.

Fantastic from receptionist to clinician, I am well informed, if appointment times need to be changed by me, that is easily done, calm and pleasant environment.

Johnson has been amazing. Having not stepped foot in a dentist for 14 years due to my anxiety, I would never have envisaged myself managing to sit through an appointment with a hygienist! He has been so patient and supportive - it has made a massive difference! I now walk into appointments with confidence and a smile, my fear is a distant memory! Thank you so much (and Kemi also!)

The check in was efficiant and quick. My appointment with the dentist was on time. I had had some recent tooth pain and the dentist listened to my concerns, and reassured me after the check-up that everything was OK.

Make you feel at ease when you are in the chair. They explain what they are doing and run you through what he is doing . All staff are friendly
